Synopsis

C'est la troisième guerre mondiale. Un chirurgien, que sa femme a quitté, se porte volontaire pour une antenne chirurgicale située près du front, dans une campagne montagneuse isolée. Là, malgré les drames qui se jouent tout autour de lui, il entrevoit l'amour avec Harmonie, une jeune infirmière volontaire.
