Synopsis

Raymond soupçonne sa femme Sylvia de le tromper. Pour se venger, il feint un amour fou pour Marguerite, la très infidèle épouse de son ami Gaston Rival. Le quatuor sera confronté à de nombreuses épreuves comiques qui les conduiront à un bal masqué au cours duquel Raymond et Sylvia se réconcilient tandis que Gaston comprend son infortune.
