Synopsis

Après le meurtre impuni de sa femme, l'inspecteur Pratt s'est exilé en Afrique pendant dix ans. Sa fille qui poursuit ses études en France est assassinée à son tour et Pratt entreprend de la venger. Il découvre au cours de son enquête que les meurtres sont commis par une milice parallèle de "justiciers".
