Synopsis

Londres, dans un futur proche. Une puissante firme met au point le programme RA-ONE: un être constitués d'hologrammes qui est aussi réel et dense que la matière. Lorsque l'expérience, mal contrôlée, dérape, RA-ONE sème le chaos parmi la population. Il est alors décidé d'utiliser la même technologie pour créer le seul être capable de le stopper: VOLTAGE, un super-héros aux pouvoirs dévastateurs.
